Delete my account

A single Hangar account is used for the website, the app.hangarmobile.com customer workspace, the twelve services and the Hangar Compagnon Android app. Deleting it deletes it everywhere.

How to ask

By email: write to [email protected] from your account’s email address, with the subject “Account deletion”. Since the message comes from your address, it proves the account is yours.
From the customer workspace: the “Tell us about your project” link, then the contact form, need “Other question”, giving your account’s address. We then write to that address to confirm the request.

If you no longer have access to your account’s address, say so in your message: we will ask for something to check that the account is yours.

What is deleted

Your account, your access to the twelve services, your sessions and your API keys.
Your organisation, if you are its only member. Otherwise you are removed from it and it stays with the other members.
Your results: screenshots, videos, logs, reports; the scenarios, addresses and files sent for tests.
AI agent connections and their permissions.
Your contact requests.

What is kept

Invoices and accounting records, for 10 years, because the law requires it; they are used for nothing else.
Server logs, until they are deleted as usual (12 months at most), for security.
A record of your deletion request and our answer, to prove it was handled.

Timeframe

Deletion is carried out within 30 days of the request. We write to you when it is done.

Deleting only part of your data

You can also ask us to delete only some data (a result, a key, a contact request) without closing the account, in the same way.
